a. Basic Belly Breathing: Place one hand on your abdomen and take slow, deep breaths, feeling your belly rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.
b. Box Breathing: Inhale for a count of four, hold for a count of four, exhale for a count of four, and hold for a count of four before starting the cycle again.
c. Alternate Nostril Breathing: Gently close one nostril with your finger and inhale through the other, then close the other nostril and exhale through the first. Repeat, alternating nostrils.

Problem to do meditation in a noisy atmosphere The current era is full of disturbance with so much noise around us.
