Slow vs Fast Life: What is better ?

“There is more to life than simply increasing its speed.”

Life is beyond speed.

One piece of the field of life's importance comprises of the precise endeavour to explain what individuals mean when they solicit in uprightness from what life has meaning.

This area tends to various records of the feeling of discussing "life's signifying" (and of "hugeness," "significance," and different equivalent words).

A vast greater part of those compositions on life's importance regard discusses it midway to demonstrate a positive last worth that a person's life can display.

That is, relatively few accept either that a significant life is a simply unbiased quality, or that what is of key intrigue is the importance of the human species or universe as a whole.

What is a slow life?

The tradition of living life with more consciousness or awareness, that allows anyone to see and enjoy each moment of life.

Slow living is living in a more balanced, meaningful, and life-affirming way.

The Slow Living Vision is of an Earth where humankind, honouring and celebrating the profound connectedness of all people, places and living beings, gives back by co-creating mutually supportive communities, bio-regions and economic systems — and where we combine the wisdom of the past with a vision for the future to ensure a balanced, fulfilling way of life for all generations to come.

The central tenet of the slow philosophy is taking the time to do things properly, and thereby enjoy them more.

Slow living is just living slowly, in whatever and however way that means to you. It’s about knowing and passionately loving the things we value, and designing our lives to spend the most time possible enjoying them. It’s about having intentional and consciousness in our activities, about escaping the mindless scrolling and unproductive multitasking and focusing on purposeful action.

What is a fast life?

A fast life refers to a lifestyle and several lifestyles fall under this category.
To live a fast life means to be reckless. To be spontaneous to the point of never thinking anything through to the end before doing it.
You might have heard the term “to live fast and loose”. It’s with little or no regard for what our actions do to other people. It also refers to men and women, mostly women, who are promiscuous.
Then there is the lifestyle of whom I call a “mover and a shaker”. Kind of like how old TV shows depict car salesmen. A fast talker. But they are this way all the time, not just on a sales lot. They are living a fast life.
And finally, it also refers to someone who abuses their bodies either with not eating right, not sleeping right, taking drugs or drinking alcohol.
Most of the time, someone who has lived a fast life ends up looking they have been riding hard and put up wet!

Then what is necessary?

Now, more than ever, it seems to me that the need to slow down is not a lifestyle choice, it is a necessity.

We need to cut back to the core, peel away the distractions and find focus in what matters to us. There, hiding under all the chaos is a beautiful haven of inspiration and wellness.

The 'Slow Movement' has encountered a blast in fame lately, close by different toning it down would be ideal beliefs, for example, Minimalism, the Tiny House development, and the Scandinavian ideas of Hygge and Lagom, to give some examples. I can't resist the urge to feel this developing interest is down to the way that individuals are basically worn out on feeling drained and over being overpowered.

We long for not so much abundance but rather more articulation, not so much speed but rather more soul. We long for space and effortlessness, and Slow living can give that.

How did the 'Slow Movement' start?

It has broadly concurred that the moderate living development is an advancement from what begun during the 1980s as the Slow nourishment development:

Following the proposed opening of a McDonald's chain in Rome in 1986, activists drove via Carlo Petrini, restricted the 'inexpensive food' monsters with their own 'moderate nourishment' development, safeguarding and advancing territorial conventions, great nourishment and the tactile joy of eating.

S = Sustainable

L = Local
O = Organic
W = Whole

For me slow living is:

  • Dappled light through a covering of trees.

  • The lace twists of steam ascending from a hot beverage.

  • My hands dove into soil and earth underneath my fingernails.

  • Moving cheerfully with wild surrender.

  • A cool wind on a hot day conveying the aroma of the ocean.

  • Long, rich untruth ins nestled into bed with the hubby and children, perusing and unwinding with nothing to do that day.

  • The sound of chuckling, being with loved one's social gatherings.

  • The smell of cinnamon and open-air fires.

  • An awkward cookout put together out of scraps and eaten outside with our fingers.

  • Eating pizzas and other pieces of stuff of espresso with my be-sties on All day.

  • The core of my rendition of Slow living is incorporated by minutes like these, upbeat and celebratory, warm and affectionate, spent in the organization of those I hold dear. It's saturated with nature and established in the normal world, as here is the place I think that its most straightforward to slip into a more slow condition of being, tuning into the heartbeat and mood of my general surroundings.

What slow living is not

  • While it advocates an arrival to effortlessness, Slow living isn't tied in with closing yourself away from the cutting edge world. I am not going to recommend you discard your computerized gadgets, or quit your place of employment and go live in a lodge in the forested areas.

  • It's tied in with discovering balance. On the off chance that your work makes you despondent and focused on, at that point you should consider how you could improve that, and possibly that will eventually mean leaving, yet in the interim, there are numerous little and ideal minutes in a day sitting tight for you to see them. Carefully approach your day, scanning for the upbeat stops. Work on finding the enchantment in the everyday! In the event that you are prepared to begin little and dunk your toe in the realm of the moderate living, I have a post on 'Moderate Morning Routines for a considerable length of time's that may be useful!

  • Slow living isn't tied in with evading innovation either. The entrance we need to data and training today is inconceivable and an unbounded gift. The issue comes about when we become reliant on our devices and gadgets or use them to direct our feeling of self-esteem.

  • Consistent correlation with others via web-based networking media, feeling like we have to hop up and react the subsequent we get a warning, checking our telephones at regular intervals to check whether anything has changed… this keeps us feeling separate from control and helpless before our gadgets.

  • You possess your telephone, it doesn't claim you! Keep in mind, it's up to you how you use it.

  • Slow living isn't tied in with living without. You can, in any case, have the things you need, you can live on the planet, be well informed, win cash, treat yourself, however, do these things since they upgrade your background, not on the grounds that you believe you should. The fact isn't to deny yourself, it's tied in with making a reality for the things you love. It's doing less so you can be more.

  • It's not tied in with moving at an agonizingly slow clip and completing nothing, it's tied in with picking which things matter, and investing your energy in those. The key is to be available and alive to your involvement with all occasions. Which prompts me to my last, to some degree opposing point.

Slow can be fast !!

  • I like running. I like moving. I like exciting rides. I like riding my bicycle down slopes. Soak ones.

  • I love the vibe of the breeze racing through my hair, I love the thrill… Clearly, this isn't "moderate" – this is speed. In any case, I'm certain as hell present and alive to my experience when I'm doing these things, and that is the thing that makes it moderate.

  • It couldn't be any more obvious, the word 'Moderate' can be deluding… it isn't constantly about your physical pace. Slow living isn't carrying on with your life in moderate movement… it's progressively about the disposition you bring to your everyday life… by altogether giving yourself over to the occasion, regardless of whether the minute itself is quick, the general pace of your life eases back down. You figure out how to enjoy the experience instead of hurrying through it to the following one. Move to the beat of your own drum!
A final thought on it

You have the right to allow yourself to inhale, so take as much time as necessary over the things that need time, be intentional in your decisions, love your life, appreciate the occasion, relish it, delay, permit a little space in. Live Slow!

You might not have found the silver bullet yet. The one strategy the takes the mind and soul to the deep blue waters of limitless consciousness. It's tough for the novice about meditation what to do, where to do, when to do, how to do. And It is obvious for beginners.  There are thousands of techniques to do meditation but what is your purpose that matter most. Meditation In Noise

Problem to do meditation in a noisy atmosphere The current era is full of disturbance with so much noise around us. People are complaining about it while they get suggestions to do meditation to get peace.  They get distracted due to lots of disturbance in the environment and they drop the idea of meditation and eventually, they again suffer the same problems.  How to deal with this problem? Now, this scenario is normal in day to day life hence it may be possible that we can not get a peaceful place or environment all the while. We need to develop the technique or process to use noise for our meditation. Suppose we are sitting in a room, garden or anywhere where we found lots of noise around us and they are loud enough that we can not listen to meditation music or mantra. In this situation, we will use that noise as a meditation tool. How? Suppose there is machinery running with louder noise continuously, then focus on that noise only and do normal breathing. As it

5 States of Mind

Chitta is one of the four parts of consciousness. The part of Chitta takes into account subjectivity, one's passionate response, influenced by what it sees and its own tendency. For instance, on the off chance that a severe taste influences one contrarily, at that point one's view of an unpleasant tasting organic product will be negative. The other three parts of the mind are manas (seeing psyche),  buddhi (insight) and ahankara (self-image). The 5 states of mind in which  consciousness  lies are: Kshipta –  Distracted mind Mudha –  Dull or Lazy state of mind Bikshipta –  Partially focused mind Ekagra –  one-pointed mind Niruddha –  Fully absorbed mind 1. Kshipta – Distracted Mind Kshipta or dissipated is the least and most basic condition of the psyche which shows during waking hours. This state is ruled by the "rajas" guna due to the most time in waking hours associated with some physical or mental action.  Right now, an individual shift

How to beat the haste?

A devotee was having tea with his Zen ace when a mailman landed with a letter from the ace's family in Korea. Realizing he had been enthusiastically foreseeing the letter the supporter stopped in his discussion to enable his lord to tear open the envelope and hurriedly seek after the substance. Rather, he set the letter aside and proceeded with the discussion.  The next day the pupil commended the restraint of the ace, saying that he would have perused the letter without a moment's delay.  "I did what I would have done had I been distant from everyone else," the ace said. "I set the letter aside until I had vanquished flurry. At that point when I set my hand to it, I opened it just as it were something valuable." This enabled him to open the envelope gradually and cautiously.  The devotee enquired what such tolerance prompted.  "The individuals who show restraint in unimportant things throughout everyday life and control themselves
