Discover The Dang

Dang is the gem of South Gujarat. After the exceptionally to begin with rain of the season, the complete range comes out full of greenery, waterfalls and other characteristic magnificence. Investigate Untouched Places and Waterfalls & Feel the Excite of Investigating the Sahyadri.

Gira Waterfall

Our trip started from Ahmedabad to Dang, which takes around 8 hours to reach the dang district by bus. On the first day, the first spotting point was Gira waterfall, it has its stunning beauty which attracts thousands of people every year.

Gira waterfall becomes ferocious and awesome in heavy monsoon, which may prevent people to go near, but it looks awesome with a huge amount of water. It gives peace of mind by focusing on the flow and sound of falling water.

Just near Gira waterfall, it started to become a river. The flow of a river is as awesome as a waterfall. The flow of water in the river stabilises thoughts of the mind. One has to sit at the bank of a river and have to start to focus on breathing, which boosts the focusing capacity of the mind.

Kayaking in lake

There are many kinds of kayaking experiences, all of them worthwhile. One of the best reasons to get into it is that you can tailor your experience once you have the basics down.

A few ideas: You can paddle an ocean boat up the coast to isolated spots you might never reach on foot.

You can drift in a day-boat down a gentle stream, silently enough not to spook the wildlife.

You can run a whitewater boat down raging rivers for a thrill.

You can take a sit-on-top onto a quiet lake and fish the day away.

You can pack camping supplies into a touring boat’s dry compartments and take a multi-day wilderness adventure.

Best of all, you can do any of these things socially with other paddlers, or you can get away from it all for some restorative solitude.

Don Waterfall

On the second day early in the morning, we departed to go to Don Hills Station & Trek to Don Waterfall.

The charming climate has commenced and each presently and after that, we feel like taking off from the work and go and appreciate the beauty of nature. Disregard getting too cliché slope stations, we have one right in your region. Found at the Maharashtra border at 33 km from Ahwa, Wear slope station is on the level of the Dang woodland. It is the most noteworthy point in Gujarat.

Since it is found at a certain height, the Wear slope station makes it however another course for trekkers. Another major fascination is the waterfall here. Little streams of water running in between the rocks is one of the many things you'll see here. Amid the lavish nature and wealthy bio-diversity, it is additionally a domestic to numerous tribal communities there. The climatic condition is ever so alleviating here and the least media transmission availability keeps you absent from the diversions.

Girmal Waterfall

This experience visitor put is Girmal Waterfall the most noteworthy drop in Gujarat, a western state of India. Girmal waterfall is found in Girmal town in Dang locale of Gujarat and closest Saputara. It is more than 100ft over from the ground range and shaped over the Girmal Waterway. It is found interior Purna Natural life Haven, and it is the most excellent put for the green nature darling and enterprise voyager. Woodland office of dang employments a security railing encompassing the range of the waterfall to anticipate the mischance, so much appreciated to them as a visitor for considering our safety-related work.

U Turn of River

As the name suggests on the 3rd day by the second half we reached that point where the river takes a U-turn, it is a mesmerising viewpoint from the top. We spent almost 2 hours enjoying this view and took lunch there by looking at the natural beauty of the U-turn of the river. It is like nature wants to come back to its origin & wants to stay there forever.

Meditation In Noise

Problem to do meditation in a noisy atmosphere The current era is full of disturbance with so much noise around us. People are complaining about it while they get suggestions to do meditation to get peace.  They get distracted due to lots of disturbance in the environment and they drop the idea of meditation and eventually, they again suffer the same problems.  How to deal with this problem? Now, this scenario is normal in day to day life hence it may be possible that we can not get a peaceful place or environment all the while. Suppose we are sitting in a room, garden or anywhere where we found lots of noise around us and they are loud enough that we can not listen to meditation music or mantra. In this situation, we will use that noise as a meditation tool. How? Suppose there is machinery running with louder noise continuously, then focus on that noise only and do normal breathing. As it

5 States of Mind

Chitta is one of the four parts of consciousness. The part of Chitta takes into account subjectivity, one's passionate response, influenced by what it sees and its own tendency. For instance, on the off chance that a severe taste influences one contrarily, at that point one's view of an unpleasant tasting organic product will be negative. The other three parts of the mind are manas (seeing psyche),  buddhi (insight) and ahankara (self-image). The 5 states of mind in which  consciousness  lies are: Kshipta –  Distracted mind Mudha –  Dull or Lazy state of mind Bikshipta –  Partially focused mind Ekagra –  one-pointed mind Niruddha –  Fully absorbed mind 1. Kshipta – Distracted Mind Kshipta or dissipated is the least and most basic condition of the psyche which shows during waking hours. How to beat the haste?

A devotee was having tea with his Zen ace when a mailman landed with a letter from the ace's family in Korea. Realizing he had been enthusiastically foreseeing the letter the supporter stopped in his discussion to enable his lord to tear open the envelope and hurriedly seek after the substance. Rather, he set the letter aside and proceeded with the discussion.  The next day the pupil commended the restraint of the ace, saying that he would have perused the letter without a moment's delay.  "I did what I would have done had I been distant from everyone else," the ace said. "I set the letter aside until I had vanquished flurry. At that point when I set my hand to it, I opened it just as it were something valuable." This enabled him to open the envelope gradually and cautiously.  The devotee enquired what such tolerance prompted.  "The individuals who show restraint in unimportant things throughout everyday life and control themselves
